Open Data
The Observatory's data is open. Researchers, analysts, developers and students can access the datasets, documentation and tools to carry out independent analyses.
All data is released under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence. The source code is on GitHub. The methodology is documented and reproducible. We believe that data transparency is the foundation of civic monitoring.

MxMap.it — Mapping of PA email providers
Complete dataset of the MX records of all Italian PA domains registered in IndicePA. For each body:
- IPA code and name of the body
- Institutional email domain
- Detected MX (Mail Exchange) records
- Identified email provider
- Provider nationality and jurisdiction
- Sovereignty classification (Italian / EU / non-EU)
